The Pinnymat is a specifically designed apron for those living with Dementia to distract from repetitive actions, undressing etc. The apron contains everyday items (a pocket with zip to place personal items to be discovered, velcro, buttons, studs, a bottle, sliders, shoe lace, buckle, D ring and beads in tubular webbing) to encourage manipulative skills, memory, motor skills and cognitive function. The neck strap has a velcro opening and there is also a strap at the waist.

The pad contains 3 different tactile (touch) sensations. Light and durable it easily slips into a Carer's pocket for use on outings or during periods of agitation. Especially for those who become apprehensive to the oncoming of evening (Sundowners Syndrome).

The water-resistant cushion with a clear panel contains 15 letters. Use as a distraction in the bathroom while the client/resident is being showered, especially useful during periods of extreme agitation.

Designed for those who feel embarrassed when being assisted to shower. The apron is made of a super light weight, latex free, soft to the touch fabric from which water beads off.

The soft feel strap fits comfortably under the palm and closes with Velcro across the back of the hand or forearm. There is no need to cut down utensils as the cradle placement extends from under the palm or forearm. By reversing the strap a pen or paintbrush can be inserted for use. One size fits most.

A simple and effective aid enabling people with limited body strength to maintain independence minimising the level of carer support. Placing the lower loop over the foot use the gripping positions to lift the leg onto the bed, in and out of the car or on and off the wheelchair footrest. The multiple gripping positions enable both hands to be used giving more control when lifting the leg. The Leg Lifter is made from 100% Polyester webbing and is machine washable. The length is 85cm when foot is inserted.

An alternative to the overhead self-help handle, the bed ladder lays on the bed within easy reach of the user, reducing shoulder strain. The user pulls on the loops or places their forearm through a loop to pull themselves up to a sitting position or lower themselves to a supine position. With 6 pulling loops and 4 length adjustment positions the Bed Ladder is attached by looping the strap through itself around the bed frame or bed leg. The Bed Ladder is made of 100% Polyester webbing and is machine washable.  The length is 1.98m.
